Discussed as Catholics, why we should respect all life and how the “right to die” movement will take our human rights as American citizens completely away, if this movement isn’t brought to a halt and instructed how we can do the duty as Catholics to promote pro-life out in the world

10/2007 – Keynote Speaker for the University of Notre Dame Right to Life Students Organization during their Respect Life Week in South Bend, Indiana. Spoke about how this nation is shutting the multiple-disabled citizens out of society and prove without a doubt that the disabled and in particular the severely disabled can have a full, successful, joyful, busy and meaningful life, if they are given a real chance

Nolan Communion Breakfast at the Basking Ridge Country Club in New Jersey, for young children and their families, hosted by the Parcells Council of the Chatham Township Knights of Columbus. Spoke about why children always should pursue their dreams, no matter what people might say, or how people might mock them, or what setbacks they might have on the way

11/2005 – Keynote Speaker for a speaking event hosted by the Morris County Right to Life at Notre Dame Church of MT. Carmel in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. Spoke about why the nation has to change the laws and the way this country thinks of the disabled, especially the severely disabled, so this nation won’t let the Terri Schiavo’s appalling death happen to someone else again

 

1/2006 – One of the Guest Speakers for the Annual Right to Life Rally in Trenton, New Jersey. Spoke about why pro-lifers can not abandon the extremely important battle for life

 

 

10/2000 – One of the Guest Speakers with Tony Randall and Jerome Hines, for a Charity Gala for the Children's Emergency Medical Fund of New Jersey at the West Orange Country Club. Spoke about how imperative to children to have dreams and how important adults give them opportunities to live their dreams out

4/2000 – Spoke at the University of Notre Dame during their first Disabilities Awareness Week. Discussed my experiences of being the first multiple-disabled student at the university

10/1999 – Guest Speaker for a game of “Buddy Ball,” (soccer for disabled children) in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Spoke about how great it is to pursue your dreams

10/1999 – Keynote Speaker for a fundraiser for an accessible bus for West Orange, New Jersey. Spoke about the problems finding accessible transportation for people who are in wheelchairs, even in the post Americans with Disabilities Act

7/1999 – Spoke on WJRZ radio, a Jersey Shore radio station. This was an opportunity to outline my goals and aspirations regarding the national pageant. Had an opportunity to discuss the need for appropriate accommodations at the national pageant for people who have a speech disability
