1/2006 - Present Appointed Morris Township Board Member on the Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance Committee
• Confirm if all of Morris township’s public buildings and sidewalks are in compliance with legal and architectural standards and requirements with in the ADA
• Ensure if the public schools’ policies regarding access and accommodations, and public policies concerning access and accommodations have been met both the letter and spirit of the ADA

• Wrote reviews on the programs’ inner workings
• Took care of distributing the funds for the county’s programs

• Wrote and executed test plans for graphical user interface (GUI) testing of a state-of-the-art telecommunications network optimization tool.
• Performed both manual and automated testing of the GUI using self-designed scripts, WinRunner and Test Director Tools
• Documented the testing results and made recommendations to the software developers to improve the quality of the software product
• Researched and then organized demos with other companies to find the right automated testing tools for this company

6/1991-8/1991 Frigidaire Company, Home Comfort Products, Edison, NJ. Consultant in the area of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
• Developed specifications to bring a 1.2M sq. ft. manufacturing facility, employing 1.5K employees into compliance with this landmark legislation
• Recommendations and implementations included policy, access, accommodation and physical renovation
• Recommendations based on federal regulations were developed to assure compliance with legal and architectural standards and requirements
• Suggested accommodations were challenged in court and were ruled to have met both the letter and spirit of the law
